She was born and raised in Athens. Founder and director of the dance school "EN ROI" in Athens, as well as former owner of the ballet school "NTL Dance School" in Larissa. Organizer of the exams of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing for Central and Northern Greece in the 90s. Graduate of the "Sofi Katsouli" Higher School of Dance, graduate of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) and Durham University of Great Britain in the philosophy of classical ballet, dance medicine, education and dance psychology. Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) modern dance tutor and teacher with a Licentiate in modern dance. Certified teacher of Contemporary Dance by the Contemporary Dance Association, as well as a graduate of the French Barre Astie method and the American Zena Rommett Barre Floor.

Diploma in Dance Teaching for Children and Adolescents from Trinity Laban Conservatoire for Music and Dance England.
She has been trained in teaching creative dance for children with special needs (Autism Movement Therapy Provider) and for people with physical disabilities.

She collaborated with nurseries, kindergartens and private schools in Larissa teaching creative dance to girls and boys.
